The next Matsucon cannot be organized by itself, so a whole group of competent, motivated and team-oriented organizers is needed. Would you be one of them? Organizing Matsucon offers the opportunity to work as part of a like-minded group of enthusiasts and to develop useful working life skills, such as responsibility, organization, writing skills and cooperation skills. Previous experience of being in charge is not required, although it is considered an advantage in recruitment.
The recommended age limit is 16 years.
The person in charge is applied for through the form. (The link opens in the same tab). You can apply for several positions using the form, but you can be selected for a maximum of two.
Matsucon’s representatives take care of the realization of the event. Each person in charge has their own task, related tasks are handled before and during the event.
You will get advice and support from others in charge of carrying out the task.
Those in charge come up with ideas for Matsucon’s framework, such as ticket sales, and think about space solutions. Common ideation days are also often organized, when larger entities such as marketing are thought about. Those in charge also represent Matsucon at other similar events in the Oulu and Northern Finland region, if possible.
