The next Matsucon does not create itself, so a whole group of competent, motivated and team-oriented organizers is needed. Would you be one of them? Organizing Matsucon offers opportunity to be part of a group of like-minded enthusiasts and develop useful working life skills, such as taking responsibility, organizing, writing skills and collaborations skills. Previous experience is not required, although it is considered an advantage in recruitment. Recommended age limit is 18 years. You don't need previous experience to join us!

People with responsiblities take care of creating the event. Every responsible member has their own duty, that has related tasks that are handled before the event and also during the event.
You will receive advice and support from others to complite your tasks.
Those responsible jointly brainstorm ideas for Matsucon's framework, such as ticket sales, and consider space solutions. Joint ideation days are also often organized, where larger issues such as marketing are considered. Those responsible will also represent Matsucon, where possible, at other similar events in the Oulu and Northern Finland region.
