Matsucon will be organized this year on August 9th-10th and we are an admission-only event, so you will need a ticket to enter the event.
Tickets can be purchased at the door of the event for the remaining tickets from the pre-sale!
There is three different kind of tickets to Matsucon:Saturday, Sunday and weekend ticket. You will get the best value with a full weekend ticket, which allows you to attend the con on both days. If necessary, you can purchase a day ticket.
The weekend wristband and Saturday day wristband do not entitle you to entry to Matsucon's K-18 evening party. You must purchase an evening party ticket if you also want to enjoy Matsucon's evening party.

If you want to enjoy Matsucon's K-18 evening party, you need to buy ONLY evening party ticket either in advance or at the event ticket sales. Attending the evening party does not oblige visitors to purchase a day or weekend wristband for Matsucon's event at Pohjankartano.

We have had to increase ticket prices by a couple of euros. This is due to increased event costs, including increased security costs. We also want to offer value for your money and add international guests to the program.
Exceptions
- Children under 5 years old can enter for free when accompanied by a paying guardian or other adult.
- Attendees, program organizers, and invited guests will be admitted to the event free of charge. Representatives of these groups will be notified separately about admission.
- Media representatives can apply for a press pass in advance, which entitles them to entry to the event.
- Assistants, escorts or interpreters accompanying visitors due to injury, illness or other health reasons are admitted free of charge. Please contact the ticket sales representative before arriving at the event (lipunmyyntivastava@matsucon.fi).
Terms of purchase

Payment method
The tickets you purchase are paid for at the time of purchase through the payment service provided by Checkout.fi. The buyer must pay for their purchase using the online banking connections provided. Please note that there is a payment period of approximately 3-4 hours from the time of purchase, after which the purchase will be automatically cancelled and the products will be returned to sale.
Products
You will receive an order confirmation of your purchases by email. The admission ticket will be delivered to your email address as an electronic PDF file. Print the ticket or be prepared to present it on your smartphone or tablet. The tickets are identified by barcodes that are scanned at the event location and exchanged for wristbands. The wristband serves as an admission ticket to the event for the time it entitles you to.
Cancellation period
The cancellation period for tickets is 14 days from purchase and ends one week before the event. Tickets cancelled during this period will be refunded to the bank account provided by the buyer. Cancellations can be made by email to lipunmyyntivastava@matsucon.fi. The barcodes of cancelled tickets will be cancelled, meaning that the tickets can no longer be used. It is not possible to cancel tickets after the cancellation period.
Reselling tickets
You can resell your tickets. Tickets are identified by barcodes, so the name of the original buyer on the ticket is irrelevant.
Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as a payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask you to primarily contact the product supplier.
